CANCELATION POLICY – Individuals Booking a Tour:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. Please ensure that you are fully committed to the trip before submitting this deposit.
- Payment Plan: The remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments leading up to the departure date, based on the agreed-upon payment schedule.
- Cancellation More Than 3 Months Before Departure: If you cancel your booking more than 3 months before the trip departure date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation Between 2 to 3 Months Before Departure: If you cancel between 2 to 3 months before the departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. This is due to trip logistics and expenses that are already committed to, including accommodation and transportation arrangements.
- Cancellation 1 Month or Less Before Departure: If you cancel 1 month or less before the trip departure, no refunds will be issued. By this time, all payments to vendors and suppliers have been made, and funds are being transferred to the destination country.
- Exception: A full refund may be issued only if a new traveler signs up and fills your space within 2 months of your cancellation.
- December Trips: Please note that this policy does not apply to trips in December. Due to the high season, accommodation and transportation reservations are confirmed and fully paid as soon as the deposit is made to avoid last-minute issues. For December trips, cancellations made within 3 months of departure may not be eligible for refunds.

- We abide by the norm and regulations of the cancellation policies of the travel company we are dealing with. This is to ensure that the cancellation policies you already have in place for clients who book your tours don’t change.
