These terms and conditions govern your use of Freelance Nana Tours and any travel services or tours booked through our website or directly with our team.
A booking is confirmed once we receive your completed booking form and the agreed deposit or full payment. Payment instructions (including Mobile Money, card or bank transfer) will be sent to you by our team.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific tour and suppliers involved. We will clearly communicate applicable deadlines and any non-refundable amounts on your invoice or booking confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas, health certificates and travel insurance required for your trip, including all entry requirements for Ghana, Togo, C么te d鈥橧voire, Senegal, Benin or South Africa where applicable.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to weather, safety, supplier availability or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always try to offer an equivalent or better alternative.
While we take all reasonable care in organising safe and comfortable trips, certain risks are inherent in travel. Freelance Nana Tours shall not be liable for events beyond our direct control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, strikes, accidents, illness or the actions of third-party suppliers.
