This is a unique travel and volunteer experience that combines Ghana’s rich heritage, cultural immersion, and meaningful community engagement through art, education, and cultural exchange. The Ghana Impact & Heritage Experience is a structured educational service-learning program designed for international school groups, volunteers, church groups, corporate bodies and individuals. The program combines community engagement, leadership development, cultural immersion, historical education, and environmental exploration. Schools may choose between a 10-Day Standard Program or a 14-Day Gold Extended Experience, which includes additional regional immersion options in either the Volta or Western Regions of Ghana.The Ghana Impact & Heritage Experience is a carefully designed cultural and volunteer program that allows participants to explore Ghana’s powerful history while making a meaningful contribution to local communities.

Program Options

10-Day Standard Program Overview

• Arrival, orientation, and cultural welcome ceremony in Accra.

• Community-based project work (4–5 structured project days).

• Traditional leadership engagement and project handover ceremony.

• Rainforest canopy walk and historical education experience.

• Drumming and dance cultural workshop and a bead making workshop

• Accra city tour and farewell celebration.

14-Day Gold Extension Program

After completion of the 10-day core program, students/individuals may extend their experience with a 4-day regional immersion option.

• Option A – Volta Region: Mountain hiking, waterfall exploration, Volta lake cruise and kayaking expedition, eco-tourism education, and community conservation experience.

• Option B – Western Region: Nzulezu Stilt Village visit, coastal heritage exploration, beach team-building, and beginner surfing experience. Program
